Refund and Returns Policy

Return Period: In the event of an item being received which is ‘not as specified’, you may return your purchase within 14 days of delivery, this excludes items sold under clearance (PARTS/REPAIR/NOT WORKING). 

Return Method: All returns must be notified in writing to us via e-mail.

Refund Method: Refunds are processed to the original method of payment within 5 business days of receiving the return, provided the item is received in the same condition it was sent with no components missing, no lables removed or tampered with and the device must not have been openned.

Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the item is ‘not as specified’, in this case we will pay for the return by way of a pre-paid shipping label.

NOTE: Products listed in the parts/not working category consist of devices which are untested, have been identified as faulty or may have defects. You may use these as donor units or even attempt a repair. Due to the sheer volume of stock, some items may be left untested. The description will usually state whether the item is simply untested or if it is faulty.

All products sold under clearance (this includes PARTS/REPAIRS/NOT WORKING/UNTESTED) are strictly sold as seen, returns are not accepted on such items for ANY reason.
