ABB SACE PR010/T LOW VOLTAGE CIRCUIT BREAKERS E1-E6 PROTECTION TESTER

The ABB PR010/T Secondary Injection Test Set unit from ABB SACE is a portable device that can be used to test, program, and read parameters for the protection units that are attached to ABB SACE’s Tmax, Isomax, and Emax low voltage circuit breakers. Rechargeable batteries and/or an external power source power the SACE PR010/T unit, which can be used “on board” by attaching it to the protection unit’s front connector.

The HW and SW components of protection systems are monitored by the ABB PR010/T. The unit specifically conducts the following tests: Trip test: using the SACE TT1 unit (kit included) Test of protection functions Test of communication functions.

Using the SACE PR010/T test unit, the type of releases with internal bus mounted on ABB SACE low voltage circuit breakers can be programmed.

• Threshold
• Curve
• Interlock parameters etc.

Parameter Reading Functions:

• Protection status (thresholds, alarms, trips etc.)
• Circuit breaker status (number of operations, contact wear etc.)
• Phase, neutral, earth fault readings
• Serial number and software release
